Respecting your work instruments

End of year comes with many festivals. One of them is Dasara (Dashahara). One day before Dashahara (Dashami), i.e. KhandeNavami, there is tradition of Pooja. People gathers the things which are used by them in daily life and which are instrumental to their life, and flower them.
In childhood I watched my mother doing this. But I was pondering over, what these set of actions intend to do on individual and social level.
Those whoever have made these set of actions as tradition in community, had done it with some kind of positive thought. Even if it may not been done so, we may spread it with positive thoughts.
When I think about this, I feel it is to make us realize the importance of these things in our day to day life.
To make us think am I using these things for right cause, worthily and to their full potential. In cause of time we become used to such things and may forget the real cause we started using these things.
This tradition also footprints on little minds that we should use these things rightly. Little minds start respecting the cause of these things.
And this has social effect, towards generating good minds.
So sometimes I feel great about our "Purvaj" who made some traditions for community, but time has faded away the real meaning and feel from them. Let's put light in them again.

Enjoy positiveness in life!!!
